Without a gas connection, some households are reliant on electricity only. And for them, solar energy may be the best solution.
If you live in a smaller town or village, you will know that a gas connection is not a given. The household in Dunajská lužna was also struggling with huge energy bills because of this – underfloor heating and an electric boiler were taking a big bite out of the family budget every month.
Where reducing consumption is not the solution, an alternative source must be the solution. That’s why we installed solar panels on the flat roof of the house, thanks to which we managed to reduce energy costs enormously. So much so, in fact, that instead of struggling with too much consumption, they can now even afford to increase it – and add 4 air conditioning units to the heating.
