Depending on your capabilities and expectations , we will design a renewable energy solution that will deliver the greatest benefit with the shortest payback.
Once the project is approved, we help you with every administrative step – from the static assessment to the solution of the connection to the distribution network.
We will come to you on the agreed date to implement the photovoltaic installation, including all supporting systems.
Once the PV system is finalised, we will take care of regular servicing and inspection of the system (ideally every 2 years).

Efficiency plays an important role in the operation of a PV system. Regular maintenance is essential to ensure optimum yield from individual solar panels. Although PV systems are generally low maintenance and can operate for years without problems, they are still an electrical system.

To keep your PV system running efficiently, we recommend an annual service to ensure that the system is maintained in full working order and that any faults or failures are identified and resolved. Thanks to our team, we can ensure that the PV on your property will be effective for years and years – even if we haven’t implemented it.

We provide replacement and repair of old components, check the correct operation, performance, safety and technical capability of power plants.

Warranty service

We provide a two-year warranty on the components we use in the installation of the PV system. Service intervention when applying the material warranty is charged.

Warranty service covers the following types of repairs:

failure of the voltage converter or replacement of identified defective components;
analysis of the performance of the installation – if the client thinks that the electricity production from the photovoltaic source is small;
checking of handles, panels and DC connectors;
checking of network and surge protection;
replacement of protective components (fuses, circuit breakers);

After Warranty Service

The after-warranty service is used to service malfunctions, technology repairs, and inspections of handles and structures outside the warranty period.

If we have implemented the photovoltaic system for you, we guarantee you priority after-sales service at a discounted price.

After-sales service covers the following types of repairs:

analysis of the performance of the installation – if the client thinks that the electricity production from the photovoltaic source is small;
checking of handles, panels and DC connectors;
checking of network and surge protection;

Superior service

This type of service is not only carried out in the event of a problem, but can be carried out on a regular basis to ensure optimal operation of the PV system, thus preventing breakdowns and saving increased costs.

The following types of repairs are covered by the premium service:

visual inspection of the system (the entire photovoltaic installation and cabling);
visual inspection of the panels using a drone to determine the condition of the panels (dirt or damage);
complete electrical testing of solar panels and strings (test and inspection of DC electrical installation);
complete electrical testing of inverters, insulators and protective devices (test and inspection of AC electrical installations);
advice on whether PV panels need cleaning – or a quote,
a service report detailing the status of the system and any repair work.

Monitoring equipment

We have our own monitoring software that collects and analyzes a number of parameters measured in PV plants in order to monitor and evaluate their performance, necessary to achieve meaningful results.

Monitoring is needed in particular for:

getting feedback;
verifying the performance of a photovoltaic power plant;
assessment and analysis of the occurrence of failures;
data storage and transfer.

We are constantly trying to innovate the application with new options, according to the legislative needs related to RES energy producers.
